Fees, Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required to access certain courses or services. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to sales tax.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Once you access course materials, no refunds are offered. If you have not accessed purchased virtual materials, you may request a refund within twenty‑four (24) hours of enrollment. Physical materials are non‑refundable once shipped.
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

Course Access and Accounts

  • Course access is limited to the period specified for each course. Access begins when you first open the course or five (5) days after purchase, whichever occurs first.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Orange County, California or, where applicable, litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in that county. By using the Site, you waive any right to a jury trial.
